Detain a wanted player so they can be driven to prison. Equip Handcuffs, stand next to a wanted player, and use the prompt. After they are cuffed you can detain them, which slows their walk, or release them. Other criminals can remove the cuffs with a Lockpick. You have 5 minutes to finish the prison handover.
